Introducing our new YouTube channel -The Leadership Lens Sessions

We have been busy behind the scenes in recent months and are excited to showcase the fruits of this work and introduce you to The Leadership Lens Sessions. The Leadership Lens Sessions is the new channel from Dumond Education. Our short, concise programmes will cover lots of important and different areas related to leadership. We will dodge the conventional jargon and demystify the sophistication others have burdened the term ‘leadership’ with.

Our opening episode addresses the topic of leaders as enablers, highlighting the purpose and responsibility of leaders to enable others to perform brilliantly. Each episode features a free infographic covering the main points and themes of each programme.
