1. About PIVOT
PIVOT is a self-directed learning and development platform providing tools, resources, learning activities, membership features, development records, rewards and selected services designed to help members manage their own growth and development.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Your account is personal to you unless PIVOT expressly provides a group, corporate or organisational account arrangement.
- You must not access another member’s private information or attempt to bypass PIVOT access controls.
- You should tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Free membership
PIVOT may provide a Free membership level with access to selected features and resources. We may improve, replace, add or remove Free features over time, provided this does not remove rights that you have under a separate paid agreement.
4. PIVOT Premium
PIVOT Premium is currently offered at €20 per year, unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
Premium is an annual recurring subscription. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, the subscription renews automatically and the applicable annual price is charged again.
You can cancel future renewal using the subscription-management method made available with your purchase, including through the relevant Stripe/Link subscription-management tools where Stripe Managed Payments was used. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal charge. Unless a refund or mandatory legal right applies, Premium access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Payments
We use third-party payment providers and do not store your full payment-card details.
For eligible automated digital products, including PIVOT Premium where available, payment may be processed using Stripe Managed Payments. For those transactions DUMOND LEARNING OÜ remains the seller of the PIVOT product, while Stripe’s Managed Payments service acts as merchant of record for the transaction and may provide checkout, receipts, payment collection, indirect-tax handling, transaction support, subscription-management and refund/dispute functions.
Other products or human-delivered services, including certain coaching services, may use another supported payment route. The applicable payment method and price will be shown before you confirm the purchase.
6. Prices and taxes
The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your transaction, subject to any clearly disclosed tax, currency-conversion or payment information shown by the checkout provider.
Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe’s Managed Payments service calculates and handles applicable indirect taxes for the relevant transaction in accordance with its service arrangements.
7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
If you are a consumer entitled to a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, including rights that may apply to an online contract within the European Union, those rights continue to apply in accordance with applicable law.
Where you request immediate access to digital content or a digital service during a statutory withdrawal period, we or the checkout provider may ask you to give any consent or acknowledgement required by law. Depending on the type of product or service and the circumstances, beginning supply immediately may affect your withdrawal right.
For transactions processed through Stripe Managed Payments, refund requests and transaction support may also be handled under Stripe/Link’s applicable Managed Payments refund and support arrangements. Those arrangements may provide rights in addition to the minimum rights described in these Terms.
For purchases processed directly by DUMOND LEARNING OÜ, refund requests should be sent to support@dumondeducation.com. We will apply any mandatory consumer rights and any specific refund terms clearly provided for the product or service.
8. Coaching and other human-delivered services
Coaching, appointments, workshops or other human-delivered services may have separate booking, rescheduling, cancellation or attendance conditions shown at the time of booking. Those specific conditions form part of your agreement for that service.
9. PIVOT Credits and rewards
PIVOT Credits are an internal platform reward or benefit. They are not cash, electronic money, a bank deposit, a cryptocurrency or a transferable financial asset.
Credits may be earned, awarded or used only in accordance with the rules shown within PIVOT. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between members or redeemed outside PIVOT.
We may correct a Credit balance where a technical error, duplicate award, fraud, abuse or reversed underlying transaction has affected the balance.
10. Your PIVOT Journal and saved information
PIVOT provides tools that allow you to save development actions, reflections and other personal-development information. You remain responsible for deciding what information you enter and for keeping any separate copies you consider important.
Your use of personal information within PIVOT is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. AI-assisted and voice features
PIVOT may provide optional AI-assisted, voice or transcription functions. These tools are intended to support your learning and development, not to replace professional, legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing information generated or transcribed through these features before relying on or saving it.
12. Acceptable use
You must not use PIVOT to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
- harass, threaten or harm another person;
- upload malicious code or deliberately interfere with the platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or private information;
- copy, scrape or redistribute protected PIVOT content on a substantial or automated basis without permission;
- misrepresent your identity or entitlement to an account or service; or
- abuse rewards, Credits, referrals, memberships or purchasing systems.
13. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, PIVOT content, design, branding, learning materials, software features and original resources are owned by or licensed to DUMOND LEARNING OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the relevant PIVOT content and features for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
14. Third-party content and services
PIVOT may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s content or service except where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Availability and changes
We work to keep PIVOT available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages or technical problems may occasionally affect access.
We may improve, replace or update platform features over time. Where a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
16. Suspending or ending an account
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect PIVOT, investigate misuse, respond to fraud or security risks, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms.
We will not use this provision to remove mandatory consumer rights or legitimate paid entitlement without an appropriate basis.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Subject to those mandatory rights, PIVOT is provided as a learning and development platform. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee employment, promotion, qualifications, accreditation, income or any particular personal or professional outcome.
18. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving a consumer of any mandatory protection provided by the law that applies to them.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to use applicable consumer complaint, alternative dispute-resolution or court procedures available to you under relevant law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms where PIVOT, our services, payment arrangements or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
